I started in people, not technology
For 18 years I led operations. I built the systems, hired the teams, and kept the work moving. I learned how a business really runs, which is to say I learned how much of it runs on one or two people holding everything together.
Then AI changed what was possible, and I saw it for what it actually is. Not a replacement for people. A way to take the weight off them. I watched talented people get buried under work a system could do, and I knew that was the problem worth solving.
So I build that system now. I take everything I learned about operations and I turn it into infrastructure that carries the load, so the people I work with get to do the part only they can do.
What I actually believe
AI gives people back to themselves. When the repetitive work runs on its own, your team stops being a set of hands and goes back to being the reason your business is good. That is the whole point. The technology is in service of the people, never the other way around.
