Every organization I've worked with has hit the same moment. Growth is happening. But something underneath isn't keeping pace — and the gap between strategy and execution keeps getting wider.
I'm Hosanna Noelle — a Strategic Operations Executive and Fractional COO with deep roots in tech and professional services.
I built my career inside organizations at exactly this inflection point — the moment when growth outpaces infrastructure, when a talented team starts to strain under the weight of what comes next, and when the founder or CEO realizes they need an operator, not another consultant.
I know what operational chaos feels like from the inside. And I know exactly what to build to fix it.
I don't advise from the outside. I embed inside your organization, diagnose what's structurally missing, and build the systems, team structures, and AI-optimized infrastructure that let you stop firefighting and start scaling.
The result isn't a recommendation. It's an organization that actually works.
I've built operational infrastructure from scratch inside startups, law firms, and technology organizations. I've directly managed teams, restructured organizations, and translated executive strategy into operational reality — across industries and at multiple stages of growth.
Most recently I served as the first operational leader at a professional services firm — where I built the firm's complete organizational infrastructure from zero: systems, SOPs, team structures, vendor frameworks, and AI platform implementation (Harvey AI). When the engagement concluded, I left behind infrastructure the firm will run on for years.
That's what I do. I build things that keep generating value after I'm gone.
I also bring a deep people development background. I use tools like the Working Genius assessment to understand how individuals are wired, and I design teams and organizations accordingly — because the best operational systems are built around how human beings actually work.
I build. I don't just advise.
Every engagement ends with something real — a system, a structure, a team that operates differently. Not a deck. Not a recommendation. Something you can run.
AI is a tool, not a transformation.
AI adoption only works when it's integrated into how people actually work. I implement AI tools operationally — woven into workflows from day one, not announced in an all-hands and forgotten by Friday.
People make systems work.
Operational infrastructure is only as good as the people running it. I develop teams alongside the systems I build — so your organization grows in capability, not just in process.
I make myself unnecessary.
My goal in every engagement is to build something your team can run without me. The infrastructure outlasts the engagement. That's the point.
I work best with organizations at an inflection point — growing fast enough to feel the friction, but not yet equipped with the systems and structures to sustain what's next.
→ Startups building their operational foundation from day one — so they're not rebuilding it at 50 people
→ Growth-stage companies (50–500 people) where roles are forming, processes are inconsistent, and the right operational leader can change the business trajectory
→ Service-based businesses across any industry — legal, consulting, financial advisory, agencies, and beyond — that are relationship-driven, expertise-led, and ready to build the infrastructure that matches their ambition
→ Founders and leadership teams who are excellent at what they do and need an operator to translate vision into structure, systems, and execution
Whether you need a Fractional COO, an operational infrastructure build, or an executive leader for a full-time role — start with a conversation. No pitch. No pressure.
Just 30 minutes to figure out what you need and whether I'm the right person to build it.
